Personal Lines CSR
Description:
We are looking for people excited to join our growing team!
This is a full time/salaried position. This individual will work with our producers, our insuring partners and our other team members assisting with the handling of renewals, endorsements, assessing risk exposures, providing recommendations to clients, guiding clients through claims, preparing applications and proposals and working on Insurer portals.
Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience:
- 3+ years Personal Lines brokerage experience
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
- RIBO licensed, must be active and in good standing
- Must have a solid working knowledge of multiple industry related computer programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerbroker, Applied Rating, Insurer Portals for integration and processing

- 2+ years Personal Lines brokerage experience
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
- Must have a solid working knowledge of multiple industry related computer programs: Outlook, Insurer Portals for integration and processing
- Powerbroker and Applied Rating knowledge an asset but not a requirement
